1) Understanding Your Product: First, we will understand Specification of your Product.
2) Quotation: We will provide you an Quotation on the basis of your requirement.
3) Purchase Order: You will sent us Purchase Order via email with complete product details, billings detail and delivery details etc.
4) Online Account Creation and Sharing Login ID & Password: As we get your Purchase Order, we will create your online account at our webportal (https://semmaxprinting.com) and we will also share your login id & password with you so that you can login your account and use our online services like - View/Update Your Personal Details, View/Update Your Address and Contact Details, View Order Details & History, View Live Order Status (Step wise Order Processing History), View/Download Invoices, View Our Product & Services, Request for Quotation, and Create Support Tickets for all type of queries. To Login your account you can visit our website https://semmaxprinting.com or Download the MOBILE APPS from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
5) Order Confirmation from Our End: As your account get created, we will book your order and you can check the same by login your account at our website and visit "My Orders" section. Even the order booking confirmation will be sent by email and SMS.
6) Advance Payment: You need to make 30% of Advance Payment and rest on/before dispatch. If you are part of our Prime Customer then advance payment does not required and you need to make payment as per agreed payment terms.
7) Artwork Preparation, Corrections and Approval: If you provide us artwork CDR file then it is ok. Else we will prepare the artwork and sent it on your email for your approval. If you feel any correction, you can reply on the email and our team will contact you and sent you again the corrected artwork for your approval. As we received your approval on artwork we will process it further for printing process. Once artwork approved by you, no change will be permitted and all guarantee of checking of artwork will be yours.
9) Sampling: Generally we are not providing blank samples for all job work. If any product is having special features or you want to see sample before production then on your request we will provide you the same.
10) Production: Production will be started and you can view live status of your order online by login your account.
11) Payment & Shipping: As product get ready to ship, you will get invoice/performa invoice on your email and our team will contact for balance payment and as we received the payment we will ship your product by your selected shipping method. If you are part of our Prime Customer, team will not call you for payment and your product will be dispatched and you need to make payment as per your agreed payment terms.
12) Shipping Detail: As we ship the product, the shipment tracking detail will sent automatically sent by email or phone or sms so that you can easily track your shipment. Or you can check the shipment detail by login your account.
